PPP: A Fall Journal 2025
Paper, Paint, Play: A Fall Journal Celebrate the beauty of the season with Paper, Paint, Play: A Fall Journal— Inspired by the idea of a nature journal, this class invites you to capture the magic of autumn through the playful world of mixed media.
Together, we’ll start by creating a handmade journal, choosing a personal theme and selecting a color palette that reflects your fall mood. With a blend of writing prompts and visual journaling exercises, you’ll explore your surroundings and inner landscape while crafting pages full of texture and meaning. PPP: A Mixed Media Sampler
I will be teaching Paper, Paint, Play: A Mixed Media Sampler this February at The Carrboro ArtsCenter. In this creative mixed media class for adults, we will explore techniques like: creating painted backgrounds, mark making, gelli printing, collage, and more! Each class will have visual demos; time to try out techniques; time to work in your art journal and other projects.
This is a six session, in-person class that will run on Thursdays from 11:00am-1:00pm. Registration opens November 20, 2024. Get more information on their website below.
